If you know that "all orders placed on a certain date were lost in the mail" don't you think you should contact those people who ordered that day and re-send them their merchandise? Well apparently Labwear disagrees as it took almost 3 weeks for me to find out what was going on with my order and why it hadn't arrived. I was not reimbursed for my shipping even tho my 7 dollars went to package being lost and nothing done about it until I asked where it was. The excuse was "the mail is out of our hands once it leaves the store" I understand they can't control USPS, however, if they knew the item was lost why didn't they send another one immediately? why did I have to call and ask for them to send a new one. Will never order from Labwear again. Very displeased.
